About the Role

Join a dynamic HR team where you’ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a broad range of human resource functions. As an Assistant HR Consultant, you’ll provide trusted advice, contribute to meaningful projects, build strong workplace relationships, and gain exposure to areas including recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, training, compliance, and workplace wellbeing. What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear HR advice and build trusted relationships with staff and leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Experience delivering HR advisory or operational services, including research, analysis, and report writing.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters, undertake investigations, and prepare confidential correspondence.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices, SA Public Sector frameworks, and commitment to a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
