About the Role
Step into a Nurse Consultant role where you’ll lead clinical care and shape better outcomes in mental health. You’ll guide practice, build capability, lead projects and maintain high standards across the team. A chance to influence care and drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex mental health care and clinical decisions
• Guide nurses and build team capability
• Drive projects and uphold clinical standards
• Review practice and align with policy
• Deliver education, counselling and group work
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and partners
• Support safe, high quality care and recovery
About You
You’re a confident mental health nurse leader who drives quality care and supports team growth. You bring strong clinical judgement, lead change and build trusted partnerships.
• AHPRA Registered Nurse with current practising certificate
• Postgrad qual in mental health nursing or equivalent
• Lead clinical practice change and improve care
• Plan, deliver and review complex mental health care
• Use clinical systems and data to guide decisions
