About the Opportunity

We are seeking dynamic and experienced HR Business Partners to join our team. In this role, you will work in partnership with a portfolio of Business Units, providing expert advice, support, and coaching at both the operational and strategic levels across a range of HR functions. These include workforce planning, performance management, change management and transition, employee engagement and wellbeing, recruitment, and retention. The HR Business Partner undertakes work of a sensitive and complex nature, often with multiple and inter-related considerations. The role identifies trends and opportunities for continual improvement of HR practices, processes and approaches in collaboration with Business Units, and the broader HR team. The Senior HR Business Partner undertakes work of a highly sensitive and complex nature, often with multiple and inter-related considerations, and provides guidance and mentoring to the HR Business Partners.

We have multiple roles available, both ongoing and term (12 months+). Please note that classification of ASO6 or ASO7 will be determined based on level of skills and experience. Please indicate in your cover letter which role you'd like to be considered for.

Special Conditions for Employment

Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
