About the Business
Workforce Development and Integrity The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a critical role in building our capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce and by extension, supporting the delivery of safe, trusted services for the South Australian community. The division provides internal strategic and operational workforce services, whilst also contributing to the boarder public safety and integrity through the provision of screening services.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Claims Manager to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality injury management services that support a safe, healthy and sustainable work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of complex workers compensation claims, ensuring compliance with the Return to Work Act 2014, departmental policies, and self-insurance performance standards. You will work proactively with injured workers, healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to support recovery and achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
