About the Role Bring your passion for communication and customer care to the heart of public healthcare. As a Patient Liaison Officer with the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), you'll play a crucial role in improving the patient experience by acting as a central point of contact for patients, families, and staff in relation to revenue, finance. In this dynamic and people-focused role, you'll assist in resolving financial concerns, supporting consumer feedback, and facilitating access to services across hospital departments. With empathy and professionalism, you'll guide patients and families through the hospital system and ensure their voices are heard. You will also support clinical staff by identifying and reporting service challenges, assisting with care coordination, and working collaboratively to uphold CALHN's values of person-centred care, transparency, and respect.
