  • The rostered shift length time of this position is 10.43hrs working 0745-1858 over a 7 day roster, hours non-negotiable, to accommodate service provisions

About the Role

Join the MHCP Flow team and keep patient movement across CALHN running smoothly. You’ll manage flow tasks, build strong site links, create clear updates, and maintain systems that support safe, timely care across RAH, TQEH and Glenside.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient movement across sites and wards
• Arrange transport and support bed allocation
• Update systems and maintain accurate data
• Escalate risks and flow issues promptly
• Liaise with clinical teams and key partners
• Support reporting on flow and bed metrics

About You

You’re organised, calm under pressure and ready to keep things moving. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and bring solid admin and customer service skills to support patient flow.

• Communicate clearly with staff and diverse communities
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Deliver high quality admin and data entry support
• Use Microsoft Office with confidence
• Apply customer service, WHS and equity principles
