The Opportunity
Step into a role where you can make a real impact on the safety and wellbeing of our people. As a WHS Advisor, you will work closely with teams across high-risk operational areas – guiding, coaching, and empowering them to create safer workplaces every day. If you are passionate about helping others work safely and want a role with purpose, this is your chance to make a difference.

About You
You are someone who genuinely cares about helping people work safely and confidently. You bring a proactive, can-do approach and pride yourself on delivering great support while maintaining high standards. You are comfortable taking the lead when things need to move quickly, and you are just as confident working with others to navigate change and manage risks.

With solid WHS knowledge, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication, you are able to break down complex issues, provide practical advice, and handle challenging conversations with professionalism. You stay calm under pressure and produce clear, accurate work – especially when deadlines are tight.
