About the role
This role will Coordinate clinical trials and outcome data for departmental projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality care and service delivery for staff, patients, and students at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Key duties of the role
- Ensure a confidential clinical trial coordination service is maintained.
- Contribute to the day to day operational conduct of Clinical Trials
- Contribute to the development of submissions to the ethics committees and research governance.
- Contributing expertise to the ongoing development and maintenance of data management systems
- Support and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environment within the department.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in clinical trials coordination.
- Experience in data management with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.
- Ability to analyse problems and demonstrate autonomy and initiative to develop and implement solutions.
- Effective communication and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and staff at all levels.
