About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, support RN to deliver safe, person centred care.
• Support RN with safe clinical care under supervision
• Monitor and report changes in care outcomes
• Maintain clear communication across care team
• Ensure documentation and meet care standards
About You
You are an Enrolled Nurse ready to support safe, person centred care within a collaborative team.
• EN registration or eligible with NMBA and practising cert
• Completed medication administration approved program
• Provide care aligned to Enrolled Nurse standards
• Communicate clearly within multidisciplinary teams
• Prioritise workload and report clinical changes promptly
