About the Role: As the Team Leader - Rehabilitation and Restorative Care (RN/M3 or AHP3), you will deliver high-quality clinical services while providing professional and operational leadership within the service. As an experienced and highly competent clinician, you will contribute to improving the quality, safety and community needs-driven distribution of services across the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. In this role, you will work collaboratively with allied health staff, managers and other stakeholders to support model of care and workforce development initiatives. You will also provide support to Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers and Nursing Directors across areas such as staffing methodologies, recruitment and selection, human resource management, financial administration, patient flow, bed and resource management, accreditation and risk management processes, and information systems management. You will accept accountability for the outcomes of management practices within your portfolio while contributing to a safe and positive work culture that supports strong patient and client outcomes.
