About the Role
As a Development Manager - Major Projects, you will lead key components of large-scale urban regeneration projects, similar in complexity and profile to Tonsley Innovation District. This role sits within a high-performing Major Projects team responsible for delivering complex, large-scale developments across South Australia.
You will drive commercial outcomes, manage development partnerships, and oversee delivery from early planning through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects shaping South Australia's future communities and precincts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development outcomes including sales strategy, partner engagement, and negotiation of complex development agreements
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery including procurement, contracts, and consultant and contractor engagement
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting across financial, program, and delivery metrics
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across government, industry, and community, while mentoring team members

About You
We are seeking a motivated professional ready to take the next step in their career.

You will bring:

  • Extensive project management experience, ideally in construction, property, or infrastructure.
  • Strong skills in procurement, contract management, and compliance processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to manage risks and deliver outcomes.
  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
