About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) for a passionate Registered or Clinical Nurse to join our Older Persons Community Mental Health REACH Service. This is a role where your expertise, compassion, and commitment can significantly enhance the wellbeing of older adults across our community. As part of our Older Persons Mental Health Service, you will deliver specialised, community‑based mental health care directly to clients in their homes and local environments. Your work will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, delivering evidence‑based interventions, and providing meaningful support to clients and their families as they navigate mental health challenges. Each interaction you have helps promote independence, dignity, and improved quality of life for older people. Appointment to the role will be at the RN1 or RN2C classification, dependent on the level of experience. To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
