About the Role: The Patient Services Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support within the Patient Services Department, including assisting with medical records and managing internal and external communications. This role also involves helping with switchboard operations, registering inpatients, outpatients, and day patients, including both elective and emergency cases. The officer monitors alarms, emergency procedures, and operates paging and public address systems to ensure smooth hospital operations.
