About the Role
Join us as a Nurse Unit Manager within the CALHN Heart and Lung Program at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, leading care in a dynamic acute Cardiac inpatient unit. You will play a key role in delivering high quality, patient centred services across emergency and elective cardiology, including diagnostics, interventional procedures and cardiac rehabilitation.
In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, lead and support nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and drive service performance and outcomes. You will manage staffing, foster a positive team culture and ensure alignment between practice, policy and quality standards, contributing to safe, consistent and high performing cardiac care across the program.
About You
You’re an experienced Nurse Unit Manager who leads with confidence and delivers high quality cardiac care. You bring strong leadership capability, clinical expertise and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA or eligible for registration
• Experience in cardiology nursing and clinical leadership
• Lead teams and support staff development and performance
• Drive change and improve models of care and service outcomes
