We deliver high-quality arts programs and entertainment throughout regional South Australia and support regional artists to develop their creative practice. 



Role Highlights
  • Ensured smooth operation and routine maintenance of digital projection equipment to deliver high‑quality cinema presentations.
  • Assisted with box office operations and candy bar sales, delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Deliver administrative support across theatre operations to ensure efficient day‑to‑day functioning.
  • Assist in digital promotion of theatre, cinema, and other arts marketing activities.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of digital cinema projection equipment.
  • Ability to establish and operate systems such as ticketing and theatre booking plans.
  • An ability to establish and influence strong working relationships with customers and film distributors.
  • Prior experience working as a theatre attendant, candy bar and bar activities in an Arts Centre.
Special Conditions
  • Regular out of hours work including weekends will be required.
  • Occasional intrastate/interstate travel may be required.
  • Hold a current Australian Driver’s License.
  • A valid Department of Human Services Child Related Employment Screening is required.
  • Required to participate in the Country Art’s Staff Development Review Process and achieve performance targets as negotiated and mutually agreed with the manager.

  • Part-time - 53.2 hours per fortnight 
  • Fixed-Term Contract - 24 Months
