Postnatal Services The Opportunity Key responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and community services, managing workforce/rostering and operational requirements, driving quality, safety and compliance, enhancing models of care to improve outcomes, and building a positive, accountable team culture. You will also support service development as WCHN transitions toward the new Women's & Children's Hospital. This is a management-focused leadership role with accountability for practice standards, team performance and service outcomes. About You • Experienced Midwife or Midwife/Registered Nurse with current
NMBA registration and a practising certificate, with a minimum of
