About the Role

Make a real impact as a Clinical Orthotist/Prosthetist with CALHN, supporting patients across at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. You’ll manage your own caseload, build tailored Orthotist and Prosthetist (O&P) solutions, and work closely with a supportive team while growing your clinical and technical capability. 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver O&P assessments, plan and direct care
  • Manage independent caseload on/off-site
  • Craft evidence-based orthoses and prostheses
  • Solve clinical and technical challenges
  • Support QI, PD and research projects

About You

You’re a collaborative, adaptable clinician who delivers safe, person-centred O&P care and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You bring the right qualifications, sound clinical judgment and a commitment to continuous growth.

  • Hold an O&P degree and AOPA eligibility
  • Apply sound clinical knowledge across O&P care
  • Manage cases with initiative, empathy and skill
  • Work well under pressure with clear communication
  • Use digital systems confidently in daily practice
  • Build capability under guidance with safe, supervised practice
