The Opportunity

Legal Services is currently recruiting for a range of administrative and secretarial positions across several divisions within our organisation.

We are seeking skilled, organised and motivated individuals to join our administrative teams in either Family Law, Criminal Law and Grants.

Salary Range

$58,709 - $63,154 per annum pro rata plus 12% superannuation and leave loading (subject to any changes arising from the current Enterprise Bargaining negotiations).

As a not-for-profit organisation, Legal Services is able to offer its employees attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.

Term of Employment

Multiple temporary contracts available at the ASO2 classification level.

Consideration will be given to part-time applications, you will be asked to indicate your preference.

What You Need for Success

The ideal candidate will have:
  • a demonstrated ability in effectively managing priorities and working to deadlines.
  • an ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgement.
  • experience in the performance of an administrative support service.
  • an understanding of legal terminology and various legal documentation used within the court system.
