Shape Recovery Journeys and Make a Lasting Impact in Rehabilitation Care About the Role As a Clinical Nurse - Rehabilitation, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a community-based, multidisciplinary subacute rehabilitation team. Working across inpatient and ambulatory settings, you'll collaborate with local colleagues and metropolitan specialists to support the planning, development and delivery of rehabilitation services. In this advanced clinical role, you'll focus on improving health outcomes, enhancing functional capacity, and supporting patients to achieve the best possible quality of live. You'll also contribute to service improvement initiatives and act as a clinical resource, guiding and mentoring less experienced staff and students. About You You are a confident and capable Registered Nurse with a strong rehabilitation or subacute care background. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. You bring clinical expertise, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes. Your ability to adapt, innovate and build strong professional relationships will see you succeed in this dynamic environment
