Join our team as a Community Support Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of people in the Penola community who are aged, frail or disabled and who wish to remain living in their own home with some assistance or are living in a Residential Aged Care Facility. Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) provides care under a Consumer Directed Care model for the provision of aged care, disability and support services. This allows consumers to maintain greater control over their lives by allowing them to make choices about the services they receive and who delivers those services. About the Role: As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised care and support services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation, providing transportation, and offering valuable social support.
