About the Role: As a Trainee Medical Officer, you will contribute to the provision of high-standard clinical services to patients at Port Augusta Hospital, with a focus on Obstetrics and Gynaecology and other medical services as required. You will work collaboratively with other medical staff to support the day-to-day management of patients and participate in rostered emergency and inpatient medical services. In this role, you will be involved in patient assessment, including history taking, examinations, investigation planning and the development of management and treatment plans. You will ensure accurate clinical documentation, effective communication with patients, families and healthcare professionals, and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings while maintaining patient confidentiality.
