About the RoleAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Midwife to join the Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service as a Midwifery Clinical Facilitator. This temporary leave backfill position provides education, clinical support and professional development to midwifery and nursing staff, graduate nurses and midwives, students and less experienced clinicians. Working closely with the Nursing and Midwifery Education team, you will promote reflective, evidence-based practice while supporting staff capability, clinical excellence and safe, high-quality patient care. The role remains predominantly clinical while providing education, mentorship and facilitation across the service.
