The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and adaptable Administration and Project Support Officer to provide high-level support to the Senior Director, People and Culture.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations, while also contributing to key People & Culture initiatives and projects. You will be a trusted point of contact, managing competing priorities, supporting critical deliverables, and enabling effective engagement across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality administrative and project support to senior leaders, teams or programs—ideally within a People & Culture or workforce-focused environment
  • Strong knowledge of administrative practices, records management and reporting processes, with an understanding of government policies and operating environments
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
  • Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to use initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively schedule and coordinate activities
  • Sound judgement and the confidence to exercise delegated authority, particularly where policies or precedents are not clearly defined
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and provide a responsive, professional service

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
