Find out more about CALHN sites and services, our stories and the opportunities to be part of CALHN About the Role Working under general direction, you will contribute to the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Orthotics and Prosthetics Service. Working in partnership with other healthcare professionals, you will assist with providing clinical services to patients and perform technical fabrication and maintenance of client orthotic and prosthetic devices. You will assist O&P clinicians with the fitting of simple orthotic devices and provide patient education and advice in the safe use and maintenance of equipment provided. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate levels of consumables, and the cleanliness and safety of facilities and equipment. You will be required to perform some administrative duties within the department. This may include documenting accurate patient histories, recording accurate and timely workload data, photocopying, filing and undertaking routine administrative tasks for the team.
