An exciting opportunity is available for a Business
Support Officer to join our team in
the Limestone Coast Office. This entry-level
role offers variety and the chance to contribute to meaningful work
that supports children, young people and families. Working closely
with the Business Manager, you will assist with administration,
finance, workforce support and office coordination, helping keep
the team running smoothly while building valuable skills and
experience.

In this role, you will:
- Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, minutes
and correspondence
- Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial
reporting
- Process accounts, manage petty cash and complete
reconciliations
- Answering switchboard and front counter incoming enquiries
from general public, stakeholders and staff
- Arranging servicing and appropriate maintenance of fleet
vehicles in line with agency policies
- Maintaining office equipment, stationery and office
systems.
To be successful:
You will bring experience in administrative or business support
roles, with the ability to manage information accurately, follow
procedures and handle confidential matters with care. You will also
provide a high level of customer service, including responding to
phone enquiries and counter calls, supporting staff and
stakeholders through clear communication and sound judgement in
day-to-day business operations.
You will have strong skills using Microsoft Office and business
systems, with an interest in working with financial and workforce
data. Your ability to prepare reports, maintain accurate records
and work with data will ensure information is reliable, organised
and ready when required.
You will be organised, dependable and able to manage priorities
in a busy environment. You will work well with others, communicate
clearly and contribute to a positive, safe and inclusive team
culture while taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of
