About the Role

Use your expertise to advocate for older people facing complex health and social challenges who are living in the community. As a Senior Social Worker, you'll provide specialist assessment, support and short-term case management, helping clients navigate services, strengthen wellbeing and remain connected to what matters most. You'll also contribute to leadership, education and service improvement across the team.

About You

You are a compassionate and experienced Social Worker who combines sound clinical judgement with creative problem solving. You enjoy working alongside others, build rapport with ease and are committed to achieving positive outcomes for older people and their families.

  • Social Work degree and AASW membership eligibility
  • Experience managing complex cases and clinical decisions
  • Build strong partnerships across health and community services
  • Apply creative problem solving and person-centred care
  • Provide supervision, mentoring or professional support
