  • Salary: $79,432 to $83,266 - ASO4 - Full Time  / Term contract up to 18 months

 

Overview:

 

The Project Support Officer is responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of high-quality project support, administration and reporting functions across the Enterprise Chemotherapy Prescribing System (ECPS) Project. 

The role coordinates and undertakes project records management and reporting functions, provides a responsive point of contact service, provides advice on project administration functions and processes and develops and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

 

Special Conditions

  • A tertiary qualification in Project Management or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Digital Health strategies and their application to deliver safer, better quality healthcare.
  • Knowledge of healthcare software applications.
