About the role As a Pharmacist for the RCOT and OPAL teams, you will take a leading role in the organisation, management and daily operation of an acute geriatric focused clinical area, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across the hospital. You will provide a comprehensive and high-level range of pharmacy services, exercising independent professional judgement to support optimal patient outcomes and uphold best practice standards. Working closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams, you will deliver accurate and timely medicines information, therapeutic advice, and support for clinical decision-making. Your expertise will guide the safe, evidence-based and cost-effective use of pharmaceuticals, in line with hospital policies and professional standards.
