About the Role: Join SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Registered or Clinical Nurse in our Older Persons Community Mental Health Service. We have multiple full-time, ongoing positions available for RN1/RN2C level nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional mental health care to older adults in the Adelaide Metro Northern region. As part of the NALHN Older Persons Mental Health Service, you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive community-based mental health services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults experiencing mental health challenges while working in a collaborative and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, Enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a qualification in mental health practice

Our Local Health Network Sites and Services: NALHN provides a range of hospital (inpatient), outpatient, community and home-based services across multiple sites in Adelaide's north and north-eastern suburbs, including Aboriginal health, mental health, and GP services. Lyell McEwin Hospital - the major hospital in northern Adelaide for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetric, paediatrics and outpatient services Modbury Hospital - a general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care. Mental Health Services - adult and older persons mental health services and statewide forensic mental health services, across hospital and community settings. Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Primary Health Care Services - provides culturally responsive primary healthcare services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in-hospital and across four community sites. Primary Health Care Services - including GP Plus sites at Elizabeth, Modbury and Gilles Plains.
