About the Role An opportunity for a leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building capability. You will lead the evolution of a health analytics service into a more mature, trusted and business partnered function that supports better decision-making and patient outcomes, aligned to CALHN’s Safe and Connected operating model. Working closely with executives, clinicians and operational leaders, you will lead a specialist team that delivers timely, actionable insights to support clinical, operational and strategic priorities. You will drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics, develop and empower your team, and support the ongoing maturity of CALHN's data and analytics capability. About You You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights.
