About the Role:

You will lead the coordination and development of student placements and clinical education across a broad range of allied health disciplines within FUNLHN. Working closely with universities, clinical supervisors and key stakeholders, you will foster high-quality learning experiences, support workforce development, and contribute to research, quality improvement and innovative education initiatives. This role also provides the opportunity to lead the Student Cadetship Model and strengthen the future allied health workforce across rural and remote communities.

About You: 

• Recognised qualification in a relevant allied health profession and eligible for full membership with the relevant Professional
• Association (and AHPRA registration where required).
• Extensive clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in clinical education, workforce development or student supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships.
• Experience coordinating education programs, supporting quality improvement and driving innovative workforce initiatives.
