As a Campaign Data Analyst, your insights help shape meaningful engagement with South Australians, ensuring our campaigns are effective, targeted and genuinely valuable. Your work strengthens member experience, informs strategic decisions and contributes to the long-term wellbeing of public sector employees across the state.

About The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be the analytical engine behind Super SA’s marketing campaigns. You will:

  • Gather, clean and analyse campaign performance data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing expert advice to improve engagement, ROI and overall impact.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide future campaign strategies.
  • Transform complex data into clear, compelling insights that support strategic decision-making across Marketing, Strategy and Product teams.
  • Present insights using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL and Excel to inform leadership and stakeholders.

Remuneration:
ASO5 – $89,007 min - $98,991 + 12% Super


About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Turns data into action: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Brings a strategic and market-aware mindset: Ability to analyse market research and competitor strategies.
  • Transform results into clear reporting: Ability to create reports that clearly articulate achieved results, analysis of trends and recommendations for future activity.
  • Feels confident working with modern tools: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI and Excel.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
