About the role Join SA Dental, part of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, as an Administration Officer within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit at the Adelaide Dental Hospital, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality dental services across South Australia. Efficient frontline reception and administrative support role for the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Unit. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a specialist surgical unit of SA Dental, the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Adelaide University. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will provide efficient and responsive administrative support, acting as a key point of contact and fostering strong customer liaison between the Adelaide Dental Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital and the University of Adelaide. Working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team—including nurses, medical and dental practitioners, dental assistants and fellow administration staff—you'll contribute to a collaborative environment focused on patient-centred care, while also building professional relationships with SA Health and a range of government and non-government stakeholders. Reporting to the Unit Manager and supporting the Director of the department, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and professional healthcare setting.
