Your Time to Shine

This role is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Apprentice and Trainee administrative processes, including the coordination and processing of documentation associated with Contracts of Training and Training Plans, and stakeholder engagement within the Apprentice and Trainee team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as a member of a specialist team, with management guidance, exercising judgment, initiative and problem solving to manage priorities in a complex and changing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of, and extensive experience in, course/client management systems, website management content systems, record management systems, and a demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to consult and liaise collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, analyse and provide support to the resolution of complex issues and responding effectively to deadlines, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
