The Social workers across DRS and RITH are a key part of the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team and focus on achieving goals that optimise outcomes for individuals and their families. The role has the autonomy to tailor social work intervention plans to ensure a holistic and client-centred approach to recovery. The successful applicant will be a motivated and compassionate social worker who thrives within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will be supported by experienced Senior Social Workers, connected with enthusiastic and like-minded peers, and encouraged to pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
