About the Role: At Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN), we use a Consumer Directed Care model that gives individuals real choice and control over their aged care, disability, and support services. As a Home Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting a person‑centred approach to care. You will provide timely, efficient, and compassionate assistance - including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry - to help aged, frail, or disabled individuals maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. This role requires flexibility, empathy, and the ability to work independently within the community. You will work closely with consumers, their families, and health professionals to ensure high‑quality outcomes that promote independence and enhance overall quality of life.
