About the Role
Join us as an Administration Officer at Cadell Training Centre and support delivery of essential healthcare services within a unique correctional environment.
• Provide reception and admin support to clinical teams
• Maintain records and handle confidential information
• Manage patient admin and transfer of medical records
• Support staff and deliver a customer focused service
• Assist with day to day admin tasks across the site
About You
You're a reliable and organised admin professional who thrives in a busy environment and values confidentiality. You bring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting teams and clients.
• Communicate well with staff and external stakeholders
• Manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Use Microsoft Office and systems for admin and data entry
