About the Role

Join the CALHN Research Office and help support ethical, high quality research across the network. You will keep HREC processes running smoothly while building strong relationships with researchers, clinicians and external partners.

• Support CALHN HREC and subcommittee operations
• Coordinate ethics processes and committee activities
• Build strong partnerships across clinical and corporate teams
• Liaise with SA Health, universities and external stakeholders
• Maintain efficient, responsive research office support

About You

You are an organised and collaborative administrator who enjoys supporting committees, managing competing priorities and delivering high quality service in a busy environment.

• Skilled in committee support and minute preparation
• Strong Microsoft Office and data management capability
• Confident communicator across diverse stakeholder groups
• Able to manage confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of human research ethics and medical terminology
