About the Role:
Be the first point of contact at our Customer Service Centre,
delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital
administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. The
role is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer
service and providing administrative support that assists in the
effective and efficient operations of the centre. Contribute to
customer service projects and collaborate with regional teams to
improve visitor experience. Gain experience in administration,
financial transactions, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic
team.

Contract:
We are recruiting two positions of the same role.
One position is fixed-term until 3 April 2026
One position is fixed-term until 30 April 2026
Special Conditions:
- May be required to participate in responses to state
emergencies or associated duties.
- You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or
provide evidence that you hold a valid working visa that allows
you to work in Australia.
- Prior to being employed, the successful applicant will be
required to obtain a National Police Check.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel,
occasional overnight absences, and work outside of the normal
hours of work.
Remuneration:
ASO3 $67,589 min - $72,033 max p.a.
