About the Role: As a Facility Services Officer, you will provide hands-on maintenance and facilities management services, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of buildings, plant and equipment. You will coordinate contractors, manage maintenance programs and support asset management activities, including scheduling, testing and compliance. In this role, you will prioritise maintenance tasks, undertake repairs and oversee contractor work to ensure it meets required standards and regulations. You will manage asset records, monitor budgets, and contribute to planning and preventative maintenance programs. You will also play a key role in supporting safety systems, including fire safety and emergency planning, while maintaining facilities, equipment and outdoor areas to a high standard.
