Remuneration: ASO4- Salary Range ($79 432 - $83 266 p.a.). About the opportunity: The Payment Strategy Officer is responsible for collection and enforcement of tax revenue for South Australia. This role involves strategic debt management, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering high standards of taxpayer service to ensure compliance and efficient revenue outcomes. About you You are a confident and analytical professional with experience in debt management, compliance, or revenue-related environments. You bring strong judgement to complex cases and are comfortable engaging with taxpayers, agents, and legal representatives to achieve fair and sustainable outcomes. You value collaboration and can work effectively with all stakeholders to progress enforcement strategies while maintaining a high standard of taxpayer service.
