WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? Step into a pivotal leadership role and deliver expert clinical nursing care and leadership in Breast Cancer services, ensuring high-quality and safe patient care with significant autonomy and decision‑making responsibility. As a Team Leader (Level 3), you will use your clinical expertise to guide and support a diverse team, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive care across community, acute, and outpatient settings. You will have the opportunity to influence service delivery, use data to drive improvement, and ensure care remains aligned to the evolving needs of the community. Working alongside a broad network of health professionals and leaders, you will play a key role in developing innovative models of care and strengthening workforce capability. As part of the wider Community and Allied Health leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning and service integration, helping to build sustainable, future-focused health services while leading a team to achieve meaningful outcomes every day.
