Let's get straight to the details...
You will be accountable to the Executive Officer and responsible for coordination of the Chief Executive's office including providing, confidential, high-level administrative services including diary management. You will act as first point of contact for enquiries to the Office of the Chief Executive engaging with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues. You will also support the LSA Board and Committees Executive Officers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a trusted advisor to our CE, and to make a genuine impact right across our organisation, and by extension to the Lifetime Support Scheme Participants who are at the centre of everything we do.

The experience we are looking for...
To be successful in our position you will have:
- Experience providing confidential executive support, including diary management, and providing advice on sensitive matters to senior leaders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with experience liaising across government, executive and external organisations or similar parties.
- High-level written communication skills, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports and minutes with attention to sensitivity and risk.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under limited direction while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) which funds necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads, regardless of fault.

Position Conditions: Fulltime, Fixed-Term opportunity until June 2028.
Remuneration: ASO4 ($79,432 - $83,266) increasing in July 2026 + Superannuation.
Special Conditions: Appointment will be subject to the provision of a satisfactory National Police Check (NPC) that is no more than six months old.
