About the role
Join the South Australia Medical Imaging (SAMI) team as a Radiographer!
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the provision of a high-quality public imaging service for the radiological diagnosis and clinical management of patients.
You will perform a wide range of radiographic examinations in a supportive and dynamic environment contributing to safe, accurate and patient centred care.
You will also provide guidance to junior staff and students, engage in quality assurance activities and contribute to research initiatives.

- Royal Adelaide Hospital,
- The Queen Elizabeth Hospital,
- Flinders Medical Centre,
- Lyell McEwin Hospital,
- Women's and Children's Hospital,
- Repatriation Health Precinct,
Country Locations
- Murray Bridge Soldier's Memorial Hospital,
- Riverland General Hospital
- Port Pirie Hospital,
- Clare Hospital.
About You
You’re an experienced Radiographer who delivers high quality imaging and supports safe, patient centred care. You bring strong technical skills, initiative and the ability to guide others in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Degree in Medical Radiation and registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner Diagnostic Radiographer with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (MRPB) through Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Must be licensed or eligible to apply for
- Licence to operate radiation apparatus pursuant to Section 24 of the Radiation Protection and Control Act, SA 2021 (Operation of all diagnostic X-ray apparatus for the purpose of human radiography.)
• Perform complex imaging with safe, accurate practice
• Support staff and students and work within teams

- Salary: AHP2 - $91,785 to $106,330 p.a. (pro-rata)
