About the Role Adelaide Festival Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department – Production to lead our team of Production Coordinators in delivering world-class festivals, performances, and events. From major international touring productions to iconic festivals like Adelaide Cabaret Festival and DreamBIG, this is your chance to shape the Adelaide live arts experience. Reporting to the Head of Technical and Production, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing production team, overseeing planning, scheduling, and delivery of all production activity across the Centre. This role blends leadership, logistics, creativity, and stakeholder management—ensuring every event is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
