• Ongoing | Part-Time | 11.4 Hours Per Week (.3 FTE) About The Role Make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of communities across the Limestone Coast as a Clinical Nurse - Immunisation. In this specialist role, you will lead the delivery of immunisation services across Country Health Connect, providing evidence-based care in a variety of community and healthcare settings. Working with individuals, families, schools and community groups, you will play a key role in protecting public health through the coordination, delivery and promotion of immunisation programs. This is an opportunity to combine clinical expertise, leadership and education to support positive health outcomes across the region. About You You are an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse or Midwife who is committed to preventative healthcare and community wellbeing. You bring strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for educating and supporting individuals, families and healthcare professionals. To succeed in this role, you will: • Be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practising certificate. About Community Nursing The Community Nursing team delivers high-quality, person-centred care across a range of community settings throughout the Limestone Coast. Working closely with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams, the service promotes health, wellbeing and independence through preventative care, education and clinical support. Immunisation services play a critical role in protecting community health and improving health outcomes across the region.
