About the Opportunity We are primarily seeking an applicant with significant experience in the field of industrial and employment of law but would be in addition interested in applicants with general litigation experience as there may be other vacancies within the Civil Litigation Section. About the Business The Crown Solicitor's Office provides legal services to government specifically to Ministers, departments and other public sector agencies. This includes providing legal advice, conducting a wide range of litigation including representation before courts and tribunals, negotiating and drafting for commercial property and general commercial transactions, drafting and producing a broad range of other legal documents, conducting summary prosecutions, Magistrates' appeals and native title claims and land conveyancing and investigation. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
