- $243,212 to $320,467 p.a. (pro rata) + Super + Salary Packaging
- Permanent part time role, working 29 hours per week

About the Role
Shape the future of geriatric care in a highly collaborative COACT service at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. Lead complex care, influence service design and deliver meaningful outcomes for older people awaiting aged care placement, while mentoring teams and driving quality.
- Lead expert care for complex geriatric patients
- Drive care plans and timely transition to aged care
- Mentor, support and review junior medical staff
- Partner with nursing, allied health and pharmacy leaders
- Influence service design, quality and safety outcomes
- Build strong links with referrers and external providers
About You
You're a respected clinician who brings clinical depth, curiosity and care to older persons health. You lead with clarity, build trust across teams, while delivering thoughtful, high quality, patient centred care.
- AHPRA registration as Specialist Geriatrician or GP
- FRACP Geriatrics or FRACGP or equivalent
- Experience across dementia, aged care and complex needs
- Confident leader who guides, mentors and builds teams
- Strong communicator with clinical insight
