available. We are seeking multiple Psychologists or Senior Psychologists to join our team based in Keswick. These positions are offered under a dual classification and can be filled by either a Psychologist (AHP2) or a Senior Psychologist (AHP3), depending on the qualifications and suitability of the successful applicant. Key Responsibilities:
About You (Core Capabilities): You have a strong understanding of child and adolescent development and the complex challenges experienced by children and young people in care. You understand the legislative and practice frameworks underpinning child protection and apply a culturally responsive approach in your work. You are aware of the impacts of abuse, neglect, and trauma, as well as broader contributing factors such as mental health, substance misuse, family breakdown, and intergenerational trauma. You communicate psychological concepts clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, and are confident providing reports, advice, and evidence to a range of audiences including courts. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, and draw on your professional expertise to develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
