About the Role: About the Opportunity Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Nurse Consultant in Community Palliative Care, where you will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives during their most vulnerable moments. Based in Adelaide's northern metro region, this full-time ongoing position offers the chance to lead specialist palliative care services while supporting families and communities across diverse healthcare settings. About You: In this role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role. Mental Health - The Division of Mental Health provides a comprehensive range of public mental health services for youth, adults and older people in northern Adelaide. Services are provided through community health centres and hospitals, and to consumers in their own homes. Forensic Mental Health - A statewide service that operates as part of the Division of Mental Health for forensic patients and prisoners. Community Sites - Elizabeth GP Plus, Modbury GP Plus and Gilles Plains GP Plus Super Clinics providing community based care.
